letter to my past self

Dear Past Me,

Creative Photography is a very interesting and fun class, but in the future you may find it hard to get inspired to do your work. Coming up with creative ideas is challenging, especially for photo 2. Dont think that this class is just a free period to relax and do whatever you want. It'll only make you disappointed in yourself in the end. Another tip, don't procrastinate. It builds up even more stress than you already have.

You don't have to have the best camera to take pictures, either. Creative Photo 2 is mainly photoshop, anyway lol. But when you try and think of ideas, take a second to clear your head and plan it all out. Don't use your first idea. It probably sucks. during class, stop going on your phone as much. Try and go through photoshop and learn how to edit pictures better than you did before.

One of my favorite assignments was the Blur. It was difficult to intentionally take a blurry photograph, so i edited the picture in photoshop and this was the result:

There are some parts of the photo that are not blurry at all which makes the photo overall better.
